RENTAL TERMS

  • Sales Tax
    Arizona sales tax will be applied to all equipment rentals (currently 9.1%).

  • Insurance & Rental Agreement
    A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and a signed rental agreement are required prior to equipment pickup.

  • Rental Week Structure (Discounted Multi-Day Rates)
    To support longer productions, discounted rental structures apply as follows:

    • 7-day project → billed as 4 rental days

    • 6-day project → billed as 3.5 rental days

    • 4-day project → billed as 3 rental days

  • Pickup & Return Days
    Pickup and return days are not billed as rental days.
    Standard pickup is available anytime on the scheduled pickup date.
    Standard return is expected before 10:00 AM on the return date unless otherwise arranged.

  • Expendables
    Expendables are billed as used.
